| Identity Card/Passport and Customs' Formalities:

Passports
should be valid for 6 months after your return. It is your
responsibility to obtain all information regarding the various
documents you will require before you embark your cruise ship.
|
If you are arriving at an airport to join your ship you should have all the appropriate documentation to be allowed to enter the country. You should be in possession of a valid Passport or ID card to travel abroad. Should you require visas for any part of your cruise make sure you obtain them before embarkation. Should you require a Schengen visa it should be multi entry.
IMPORTANT: U.S. passport holders visiting Libya MUST obtain a visa from their country of residence. Passengers requiring a Schengen visa MUST have a multi entry Schengen visa.

| Cruise documentation: |
You should have with you at all times prior embarkation all the cruise documents given to you by your Travel Agent (cruise tickets/Vouchers, excursions program, insurance policy, conditions of carriage etc.).
|
|
| Travel Insurance: |
Luggage insurance is an important consideration, since airlines and Louis Cruises have a limited liability for loss or damage.
|
|
| Luggage: |
 |
We strongly recommend the use of security locks for your luggage for all parts of your journey. Jewellery, medication, travel documents and Passport/ID card should be kept in your hand luggage. |
All luggage should be clearly labelled, do not forget to specify your name and cabin number on the luggage labels. |
|
| Lost, stolen or damaged luggage: |
The company is not responsible for any loss or damage to your luggage during transit to the ship. In case of loss or damage advise the carriers involved and your insurance company.
|
|
| Health Requirements: |
Check
with your Travel Agent or your doctor regarding the health requirements
of the countries to be visited. We may a require in certain cases a
letter “fit to travel” from your physician. Please always advise us of
any medical problems prior to booking your cruise. |
|
| Medication: |
If
you require prescription medication ensure that you bring an ample
supply as some prescription drugs may not be available onboard. If your
medication requires cold storage, please inform paxserv@louiscruises.gr
no later than two weeks prior to departure. It’s a good idea to bring a
spare pair of spectacles or contact lenses if you use them. |

| Bon Voyage Gifts: |
Would
you like to send a gift of fruit, flowers or wine? A gift certificate
for use in the Beauty salon, Cocktail parties, renewal of wedding vows,
special celebration gifts for your clients, family or friends. email

| Pregnancy: |
 |
We
recommend that women who are less than 12 weeks pregnant should seek
medical advice prior to travel. Women who are more than 28 weeks
pregnant are required to produce a medical certificate of fitness to
travel. The Carrier reserves the right to request a medical certificate
at any stage of pregnancy and to refuse passage if the Carrier and/or
the Master are not satisfied that the passenger will be safe during the
passage. |
Failure
to inform the Carrier and the Vessel’s doctor will release the Carrier
from any liability to the pregnant Passenger. Pregnant passengers are
referred to the section Terms and Conditions of Carriage for
information regarding the medical facilities on board. The ship’s
doctor is not qualified to deliver babies or to offer pre or post natal
treatment and no responsibility is accepted by the Carrier in respect
of the inability to provide such services or equipment. Minimumage of
infants: 3 months. Should you need a baby cot, please inform us via
your travel agent at least one month before sailing. Please note that
we do not provide baby formula or food. We do not have a babysitting
service onboard.

| Personal Expenses: |
 |
The currency on board is the Euro. For your convenience the vessels operate a cashless system. |
Your personal embarkation card allows you to charge almost everything
onboard, including shore excursions, gift shop purchases, wine and bar
bills, spa and beauty salon, photos, cabin service in fact everything
except those transactions made in the Casino. Upon embarkation you
should contact the Guest Relations desk in order to activate your
personal account. We recommend all credit card holders to register
their card to settle their account and assist them in a smooth
checkout, avoiding lines. The credit cards accepted on board are:
American Express, MasterCard and Visa. For those passengers not wishing
to pay by credit card payment can be made by cash or Travellers’
Cheques. At the end of the cruise you will receive in your cabin an
invoice itemising all your expenses. Note: All expenses incurred the
last day of the cruise will be paid in cash. Please note we not accept
Debit cards or personal cheques.

| Gratuities: |
| For
your convenience and as per practice on most cruise ships, your on
board account will be debited with the following customary gratuities:
for services rendered on board the suggested amounts are Euros 8 per
person per day for all passengers over 16 years old and Euro 4 per
person per day for children and teenagers (6-16 years). |

| Diet requirements: |
If
you have a particular diet requirement please email us at
paxserv@louiscruises.gr or advise your travel agent to instruct us no

| Optional Shore Excursions: |
A
variety of comprehensive land tours have been arranged in the various
ports of call, ask your Travel Agent for details. More information can
be obtained from our experienced Shore excursion personnel onboard the
vessel. Shore excursions
can be purchased onboard and charged to your shipboard Account. |

| Pets: |

For health reasons, pets are not permitted onboard our ships. |
